WHAT WE BELIEVE

We exist for the three-fold purpose of worship, discipleship and mission.  We believe in continuing the teaching and practices instituted in the Church by Christ and his apostles as we strive to be biblically faithful Christians in the 21st century.  We believe the Holy Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments to be the revealed Word of God containing all things necessary to salvation.  We hold the One Faith revealed in Holy Scripture, and defined in the Creeds as maintained by the undivided primitive Church in the undisputed Ecumenical Councils.
We worship One God and Father through the same Lord Jesus Christ, by the same Holy and Divine Spirit who is given to them that believe to guide them into all truth.  We take part in the sacraments ordained by Christ himself, through the ministry of the same Apostolic Orders.
We are an integral part of the One Body of Christ composed of Churches which, united under the headship of Jesus, are in the fellowship of the One Holy Catholic and Apostolic Church throughout the ages.  We believe in the Apostolic succession of bishops.  We belong to the worldwide Anglican Communion.

We live out these core beliefs through:

• Worship and parish programs

• Reaching out to the community

• Sharing our story with others

• Seeking God’s love together in study and prayer

• Giving of our means and talents to the greater purpose of God’s work
